Monday morning....

Good Morning All!

It's a bit cool here in NC this morning. The sun is shining and it's going to be a great Monday! I have lots to do today and have my list ready to go!

 

I never found the time to post Happy Mother's Day yesterday, so I'll just say that I hope all you Mom's out there had a great day!

I'm still working on new goodies when I get a chance to...it seems there's not a lot of time for creating these new "olde treasures". I love doing the wood pieces and seeing what happens when I just go to the workshop and start cutting and hammering...

This is the another make-do wall shelf that would be perfect for a plate or framed stitchery. There's also a wire at the bottom for hanging something on. I even made the little rusty hooks that are hanging on the wire. TOO CUTE and PRIM!

Thursday evening....

Good Evening Folks!

 

Thursday is almost over and I have had a full day! Working on orders and in between finishing up a few new things.

 

I made this "special order" for a "special customer"....

 

 

Love, love, love how it turned out. I'll have it on my web site soon. Trying to make all the news to be unique and different. All will have their own "aged" look.

 

This is another new piece that will be available soon...

 

olde prim peg is perfect for a basket....the peg is about 6.5 inches long....these are available in your choice of colors with my new grungy finish. This is burgundy over black.

Wednesday....

Good Morning Folks!

 

I think it's going to be another drippy morning in K-ville. It's so hard to finish projects when it's so rainy. Signs are almost impossible to get dry in a timely manner and you can forget tea-dying unless it fits in the oven. Looking forward to Sunshine for tomorrow.

Tuesday...

Good Morning Folks!

 

I'm trying to figure out some new items to make...I probably need to work on some Fall designs, but I'm not so sure that folks still decorate a whole lot for the Seasons. I'm finding that folks like everyday goodies best. Personally, I don't change out stuff much any more...just don't have the time or energy. 

 

I need an opinion or two...should i paint these bowls or leave them as they are. I love the idea of stacking them in a chair, but wasn't sure what to do.

 

 

Any ideas?
