Sun is shining and it's going to be a great day in K-ville! We accomplished a lot yesterday and I'm planning my schedule for next week. I have several appointments that I need to work around....it would be so nice to just work for a week without interruptions. Maybe next week...

Sunny Saturday....

Good Morning All!

 

It's a beautiful day here in NC! We have a lot of chores around the house to get done today. Our grass is growing like crazy and is looking so nice. The (few) early Spring vegetables that we planted in the garden a few weeks ago are coming up nicely too! For the first time ever, we have carrots along with an early lettuce and radishes. These were some veggies Hubby found on line that we could plant in March.

TGIF....

Good morning FOLKS!

 

I am so grateful for Fridays!!! Yesterday, was such a fiasco at my house. I have several orders that need to be shipped and all I could think about was the dreaded tax deadline. As usual, I waited until the last minute to do ours and the days just slipped by me. But, I am VERY HAPPY to say...they're all done and submitted. YAY!!!

I also want to share this...Michael's have these on Sale right now.

 

This is what I do with them....

 

I have this tiny "studio" about 12 x 12 and I have to keep things organized as I possibly can. The wicker boxes (from Hobby Lobby) hold my frequently used patterns. Magazines are on the bottom according to date. Notebooks labeled with Doll Patterns, Fall/Winter, Sprng/Summer, Critters and so forth on the bottom right. My stitchery patterns are also labeled according to Everyday and Holidays. And of course the boxes are labeled with Interfacing, Embelliments, Paint, Patchwork Squares, Crazy Quilt and Etc. I have to say this works for me. I have enjoyed being able to find my supplies! And it looks nice too!

Almost done with my taxes! YAY! Every year, I say I'm going to do it different next year. Well, guess what...I'm saying it again. I am going to work smarter in 2013. Is it too late to make new years resolutions?

I have completely decided that Pay Pal and USPS are the ones making all the money from (us) crafters. LOL!! Maybe I should get a job with one of them???
