Just finished this Scarerow-Witch and wanted to share with you all! Believe me this is not one of my normal creations....a Special order for a friend.
What do you think?

I just finished up the pumpkin as's one of those carvable kind from Michael's. I had stored it in my attic and I suppose it got too hot and split. Instead of throwing it away, I glued it back together, filled it in with wood filler, sanded it, painted it with two coats of Georgia Clay paint and antiqued it with Dark Walnut minwax. A lot of work, but it looks great!!

Today's SPECIAL over at my web site is this:

Maggie Doll
Only $21.00 ea.
You can find it here:

That's all for now. Thanks for looking!

I love your out of the ordinary creation. I wouldn't mind having one for my porch. Clever idea on fixing the pumpkin. It looks nice as well.
Enjoy your week Shari.

Maggie is so sweet!

Your scarecrow witch creation is dandy indeed! I think you did a great job in creating it. I've not seen one like it before and that's what makes it so wonderful!

What a great idea on the carvable pumpkin! I'm afraid I would have chunked it instead of messing with it. But I agree with you, it looks great!
