Hope you all are well!

It's been such a long time since I have posted.  I have tried to sneak on to read a few blogs, but to be honest....I just haven't had the time to post or I haven't made the time to. This is always such a busy time for me and there's soooooo much going on for me right now, that I have really neglected blogging and my web site. I promise to do better when things slow down a bit......I tried to add a few things to my site today and dang it, they have made all these wonderful upgrades that I am going to have to learn how to use! It has been so long since I have had a chance to update there....but I did manage to get a couple of things on there.

There have been 2 Christmas Open Houses that I had to make things for. I think Crockett's Store (alone) in Fancy Gap could keep busy. Plus I am still trying to fill my booth at Pilot Mountain Peddlers in Pilot Mountain! They both had Christmas open houses this weekend. And I didn't have (near) the Christmas goodies that I would like to have had, but I did the best I could.  Hopefully, I'll be adding more in the days to come...there's still a little time left for Christmas, right?

Rain, Rain and more Rain

Happy November Y'all!

I can't believe how long it has been since I have posted....and now it is November already! Halloween was rainy off and on all day and evening. We had between 20-25 trick or treaters before we turned off the lights. It had started to rain again and I just didn't want to fool with it.

Last week was a very busy week for me, although I didn't get a lot accomplished. This is the time of year when I have to make every minute count! My back is still giving me a fit at times and Friday I had one of the worst headaches in ages. Both of my Grandkids had the H1N1 Virus and Am thinks maybe she had it on Thursday. I thought that that she should go to the Dr., but she was afraid of picking up something else while she was there. Miss Elle had it first...Dr. dianosed over the phone. Since she had no severe symptoms, other than a high temp for a couple of days, they didn't treat her with anything. A few days later Alexander had some serious issues with breathing, so the Pediatrician saw him immediately. They treated him with Tamma-Flu (?). We couldn't believe that with insurance it was still $60.00 for 5 days! What do folks do that don't have insurance???

Just a day or so ago,  I finished up the last of the Fall items for orders. And I have started on a few things for Christmas, but some of the OOAK items are selling almost as soon as I get them on my web site. That's a good thing and I am so appreciative! I think next year I will work on Christmas in April! With the economy still slugglish here, I didn't anticipate folks buying so much FALL and now CHRISTMAS.

Tuesday Evening.....

I'm BaCK!!!!

HAPPY FRIDAY!

I can't believe that it has been sooooooooo long since I last posted! I have been down with my back for over a week now. After visits to my Chiropractor and Medical Doctor, I finally have a little relief from the pain. Muscle relaxers are wonderful when you're having spasms.....it has taken a few days, but at least I can function a little bit.
There's so much that I need to catch up on....lots of blogs to read, emails to answer and new products to design for Winter!! But, I can only sit at the computer for short periods, so.....
Another little tid-bit since my last post.....Fall has finally arrived in K-ville! Only around 50 degrees right now! I guess it's time to put away the flip flops and capri's. :(  Back to jeans and turtlenecks soon!

SepTeMBer WinnER...

Sorry it has taken me so long to get on here and post the winner for September. I have had a few problems  with my computer again. I keep getting knocked off or Internet Explorer just stops working. Don't know what the problem is, but hubby will take a look asap.

Anyhow.....there was an overwhelming amount of entries this month for the contest. HAPPY FRIDAY!

I can't believe it's Friday already. The weeks are flying by and it won't be long before Halloween is here and Fall will be gone. And then Christmas is just around the corner. It has finally cooled off this evening and there is a nip in the air! Yesterday it was near 90 degrees here....didn't seem too much like Autumn.

Happy Friday, Y'all!

Today was rainy, droopy day in K-ville! Trying not to complain, cause we really need the rain, but....I wasn't in the mood to do much of anything. I misplaced a piece of fabric and while I was looking for it, I ran across this piece of really nice quality Halloween fabric. I have had it for a long time and know that I will probably not ever use it. So...I thought I would see if anyone in Blogland could use it. It's around 2 yards and I want $3.00 plus shipping for it.
