So much to do~So little time..........

I can't believe that it has been almost a week since I have posted here!
Only a few days left until we open our booth at the Antique Market and I have been busy as a beaver. There's been orders from my web site, trying to come up with new goodies for Spring, making "stuff" for the booth, re-do's, trying to do a few things in my house and the list goes on. (And believe me these days, I have a list everyday.)
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we have enough "STUFF"! With a 12 x 12 space, it will take a lot effort just to have enough display pieces. Retha assures me, she has can fill it by herself...LOL! Her house must be full of all kinds of treasures! I hope so! I figure that I can fill maybe about 20% of the space for my handmades, and add to it as I can. We'll see in the next few days....
As many of you have noticed, I did make some changes on my web site and at the moment, I don't have as much to choose from as I have had in the past. But, if there is something that you might have wanted....just let me know and I will try to take care of it for you. I have had several folks e-mail me that something was gone, but we managed to fiure it out and they placed their orders.
Sometime tomorrow, there will be a few new things added to my web site, plus some OOAK treasures. These include an angel doll and a really nifty heart made from a recycled quilt with a prim little bird attached. If you have a minute, you might want to check it out....
Still working on projects from the garage......................
And this is another one of my packed away treasures from sometime in the 80's....just couldn't seem to throw them out.

Unbelievable that I kept these looking like this....
But, they turned out like this! They're hanging on my front porch fence.

This is another project that I have been working on in my living room. I found all these samplers at a store in Winston Salem and bought one of each of what they had. I have a few more, but I think this was enough for the this area. I just love them and I didn't have anything like these in the room. They're pretty grungy and all are in black frames. The pineapple saying is my favorite.

Well, it's already after 8:00 and I still have rag balls to grunge, as well as some cheesecloth. There's a few wood items that need to be sanded and antiqued before I go to bed. Tomorrow is going to be another busy day in the neighborhood! Don't ya just love it???

I hope to catch up on reading blogs in the next couple of days. Didn't realize how much time I have spent reading everyday, so I was kinda taking a break........

Talk to y'all soon!

Hugs and Blessings,

Shari

You go Girl, I ,love your energy. We have been busy too, doing new shows on You Tube, adding more to the website and writing a new blog. You better get busy since Easter is just around the corner.

Hi Shari,

I just use the latex paint I am painting my walls with to paint the oultet covers. I always keep a small jar of each paint handy in case things get scracthed and occasionally I need to touch up an outlet but I grab a q-tip and dip it in the paint and it takes less than a minute. If you can find cheap wooden outlet covers, even better to paint but I also paint the plastic ones.
